Billina's Block Vineyard, Grand Valley, CO
This brightly hued rosé, made from the French-American hybrid St. Vincent, is dramatic both in the glass and on the palate. Flavors of pomegranate and cranberry, along with aromas of citrus peel, roses, and herbes de Provence, pair perfectly with grilled, roasted, or smoked cuisine. We source these special grapes from a small, family-owned, organically farmed vineyard in Palisade, Colorado, and the resulting wine has become a beloved favorite among visitors and club members, alike. The vineyard gets its name from the Rhode Island Red chickens that roam among the vines. They are all share the same name – Billina! 80 cases produced.
