Grand Valley, CO
The naturally intense coloration of this French-American hybrid grape variety let us produce this vibrant, ruby-hued rosé. We captured rich flavors of ripe plum, raspberry, and dried herbs, along with a bright, refreshing finsh. This bold, dry rosé shines at both summer grill-outs and winter get-togethers. There is some solid acidity here, so it's a great wine for smoked pork tenderloin or heavily herbed roasted chicken. It's also great as a standalone, sessionable wine. 182 cases produced.
