This elegant rosé is a co-fermentation of Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Chardonnay, sourced from our estate vineyard in Colorado's West Elks AVA. It's a shoutout to the gnarly, winding road that leads up to our winery and to the tenacious spirit that shapes our project. This expression of Double Switchback, which is always a blend of grapes, is particularly aromatic. Enjoy it with spring pea risotto, grilled zucchini with fresh pesto, crusty bread and brie, roasted chicken, or lamb kebabs. 114 cases produced.
